Attention to detail often missing and instructions were sometimes just not followed. Communication about the state of my property was not good and we’d discover major issues like water stains that were not reported.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any issues experienced. From our side, we consistently maintained communication and assisted multiple times with last-minute emergencies. The property allowed pets and often had very challenging turnovers, yet we were never authorized to perform deep cleanings between seasons — something crucial for long-term maintenance and reporting. Despite these limitations, your property consistently maintained a 4.9–5.0 cleanliness rating on Airbnb during our time servicing it. We always strive to do our best within the scope allowed.

Without notice, we found other cleaners on-site during our scheduled visits, which led us to cancel services out of respect and clarity. After several months without our support, your property’s cleanliness rating dropped to 3.9–4.0. In this industry, quality often reflects the investment — and we stand by the standards we delivered while working with you.
I have had 2 reviews recently commenting on how spotless the condo has been on check in by our guests. It is such a crucial aspect of this business, and JD STR Solutions crushes it! Highly recommend hr services!

I asked how the renters were and did they leave the place neat? She responded promptly with a yes the guest was good. With that she helps me rate the guests perfectly. She has good eyes and ears for your property.

Thank you for your review. After a full year of consistent 5-star cleanliness ratings on Airbnb, the unit remained closed for nearly two months. The water stains found in the toilet were the result of corrosion from inactivity — not from lack of cleaning. The best approach in such cases would’ve been to request a quick check before guests arrived, which we would’ve gladly done.

We did everything within our reach to support your property — even handling unexpected situations like snakes inside the home. Unfortunately, there are times when no matter how much effort is made, it's simply not enough for some. We remain proud of the work we delivered and the way we handled every challenge presented.

Came in with only one hour notice and got the place in tip top shape for a check-in that afternoon- totally saved me!
